This is a self Portrait of me and my horse in period clothing. I participate in living history events and instruct children and adults about sidesaddle with a friend of mine. It's so much fun to explore the fashions and customs of the past.
I create because I must! I have a driving desire to create my emotions as I delve within myself to find the truth of who I really am. Iv'e lived to many years listening to society and to others as to how I should live and who I should be. I am who I am and I must be this and continue on this journey of self awareness through my artwork, meditation, nature, my animals, and family and friends. At the same time looking for balance.
